Janice Bishop was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. A Sooner till the end, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1952 with a Bachelor's degree in education. She moved to Wichita in 1954 where she taught Kindergarten through 4th grade. Janice is also a freelance writer and has written numerous children's books, novels, newspaper columns, and film scripts. She loves Native American art and culture as well as Asian. Her hobbies include making miniature houses in different time periods, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and traveling. She and her husband built their own farm home with beautiful architecture and lush English-style gardens. Thank you for choosing The Regent as your home. We are so lucky to have you!
