Cooking at The Regent

Resident Cooking Demo

On Monday, June 6th, resident Mary Lou and granddaughter Gretchen made chocolate bowls. Every month The Regent puts on a Resident Cooking Demo where residents and family can teach other residents how to make a signature treat. Resident Cooking demos are a great opportunity to learn how to make new foods, but to also learn things about fellow residents.

First you blow up water balloons and then dip them in Magic Shell chocolate syrup.

Then you let the balloons sit and let the chocolate harden.


Then you crack the chocolate off the balloon and add ice cream or fruit and enjoy!
