What a beautiful day we had for our Construction Progress Party & Open House! Over 500 Guests were welcomed under the Porte Cochere by our valet and then ushered into The Regent for the first public glimpse of Wichita’s Newest Senior Living Community! After registering for their door prize (congratulations to our winners, Ms. Creola Bailey & Mr. & Mrs. Gillenwater!) guests explored the spacious common areas and model apartment homes in the three story residence. At the end of the tour, guests were treated to a beautiful array of hors d’oeuvres and beverages in The Grand Dining Room and listened to live music. Thanks to all who attended! We are so excited to be opening next month and were honored to show you around!

After their tour, guests were welcomed to sit in The Grand Dining Room to enjoy complimentary refreshments & beverages. Yum!
What a Grand Dining Room this will be when it is complete! So many lovely seating areas and lots of natural light from the over-sized windows along the east wall.
It was so beautiful out, some guests enjoyed their refreshments on the Covered Cafe Patio. We enjoyed the lovely water view and watched the fly fishing and casting demonstration.
