
Richard was born in Prescott, AZ, on June 19th. After one year, his family moved to Sacramento, CA where he was raised and educated from elementary school to graduate school. Dr. Todd attended Sacramento State where he received a Bachelor's in History, Fuller Seminary he attained a Bachelor's of Divinity, and finally, he received his Master's and Doctorate in History at the University of California at Berkeley. While at Berkeley, he met his lovely wife Barbara. They married in 1961 and moved to Wichita. They have 2 children, Geoffrey and Alison, and have 2 grand kids, Caroline and William. Dr. Todd was a professor of ancient Greek and Roman history at WSU for 33 years. He wrote and illustrated a book called Napoleon's Medals, which took years of collecting the medals and researching them. Thank you for sharing with us!
